That was a pretty good map. There is just one thing I would change. On the faith plate that takes you to the exit, I would make a small platform somewhere below the exit. Just so that someone who doesn't know what it does won't go plumeting to their death. Place it so you can fall on it if the exit isn't open and portal back to the entrance from where you land. It can be frustrating to die after you've gotten so far just because you didn't know where the faith plate would send you. Check out some of my puzzles too if you like.
