After more than two weeks of work, I've finally finished this model!

Features:
-Epaulettes with stars that are gold on red and silver on blue
-A belt buckle which is gold on red and silver on blue
-Careful attention to keep team-coloration as complete as possible. In fact, there is actually slightly more team coloration when wearing this item than as a default heavy!
-Paintable buttons and epaulette edges
-Flexable rigging allows the bottom of the coat to shuffle as Heavy runs and properly fold when crouching
-Doesn't break the silhouette, the coat stops at crotch level
