You have some nice ideas here. It could have been made more challenging by simply removing many of your portable surfaces. Because you had many portable surfaces many of the items you put in the puzzle were not needed in order to complete it. For example the faith plates, the red barrier, piston platform, tractor beam, etc) I know it's your first chamber but keep this one thought in mind, portal surfaces are key in making the player maneuver through our puzzle the way WE want them to and not through an exploit.
