More Spectacular Staff of Magnus

-Slight Spoiler-

I loved the quest to find the Staff of Magnus. However, when I did find it, I was not thrilled with the results. As a result I changed how it functions to have something that seems more fitting for a mage of Magnus' power.

Effects:

100 Points Health Damage per Second
100 Points Magicka Damage per Second
100 Points Stamina Damage per Second
50 Points Health Asorption per Second
50 Points Magicka Asorption per Second
50 Points Stamina Asorption per Second

It also uses less of its charge when used.


This is very overpowered, however, I feel that it more closely fits what the staff should have been. Given that the Eye of Magnus has the power to destroy Tamriel, the Staff should have the power to kill everything on Tamriel.
