Carthage Breakwater

Beskrivelse
Gives Carthage a unique building, the Breakwater. This replaces the Harbor, and is thus free in all coastal cities as normal for Carthage. To make room for a unique building, the Quinquereme is removed.

A Breakwater can form trade routes like a Harbor, but it also has +1 production, and it applies an additional +1 production to all sea tiles, instead of just to sea resources like the Harbor.

I agree. The Brave New World version is available now, and it cuts out the African Forest Elephant instead of the Quinquereme.

Oh yeah! I totally forgot that Brave New World changed Harbors a bit. I'll make an update for this myself. You're free to do whatever you like with it as long as I'm credited and you provide a link to this page, but I'll release an update in just a bit, here.

I don't understand what you're trying to say. Carthage already has the "free harbor" bonus as part of its trait in the base game. All I did was make it so that their harbor is now a unique building. Most unique buildings have a net +3 bonus over normal buildings and I didn't even go that far. This really shouldn't be overpowered.

Also, as part of Carthage's trait (again, something I didn't change) they get free harbors in all coastal cities right away without needed to research anything. As with all free buildings, they have no maintenance, which is why I didn't assign any to the Breakwater (you could never have a harbor that wasn't free as Carthage).
