Changes made to units, buildings and effects in Fall of the Samurai campaign.

Buildings
- Military buildings and railroad buildings negative public order effects has been removed.
- Buffs from training field and smiths has been increased and some has extra bonuses.
- Propoganda buildings repression and happiness has been buffed slightly.
- Gatling gun tower now has +1 in happiness, it's upgrade gun battery now has +2 in happiness.
- Building cap removed.

Units
- All units armed with rifle and bow has had a overall 5+ reload skill buff, some artillery affected.
- Ammo for all units has had their value doubled.
- Unit cap removed, exception for samurai heroes and ninjas, their cap has been increased to compensate.
- Matchlock Kachi has now 125 range instead of 100, increased to 200 men, increased cost and upkeep for balance. Can also kneel fire.
- Increased generals bodyguard to 40 men instead of 24.
- Increased upkeep for western units due to cap removal.
- All units now take 1 turn to be recruited, with exception of Kisho Ninjas which is 2 turns.

Effects
- Clan developments research speed has been increased from 10/25/50 to 25/50/100.
- Clan traits has had their effects increased.

You can use this crap mod for whatever as long as you give credit and don't monetize it.
