Yes I:

1. Tested them one at a time and (Tank, Boomer and Spitter)
2. Then all three together
3. And after that I used all the sound mods for the infected, and the sound mods for the Tank, Boomer and Spitter still did not work

I even turned the volume up higher (it's already high) just to make sure. Nope they don't work and I don't know why. Sound mods for the Tank, Boomer and Spitter do not work. Sound mods for the Hunter, Smoker, Jockey, Witch and the Horde work perfectly fine.

I unsubscribed and deleted all mods manually, I verified the integrity of game files, I only downloaded the sound mods and tested them one at a time, I changed the sv_consistency from 1 to 0 and nothing worked.

Note: I'm not fed up or angry or anything, but I'm not surprised either for a 15 year old game who's issues haven't been fixed since launch. I even made a reddit comment about the issues.

Alright. And you've definitely tried enabling and testing the Boomer and Tank sound mods one at a time rather than together, just in case ol' Jojo was the culprit all along.

This is such an oddly specific issue that I'd love to know the solution if you do find it out.

I've changed the sv_consistency from 1 to 0, but it didn't help. Like I said I deleted all the mods and just installed sound mods. Sound mods for the Boomer, Tank and Spitter do not work and I don't know why or what is causing the problem. Sounds for the Hunter, Smoker, Jockey, Charger and Witch work perfectly fine. And I'm starting to believe there's a problem within the game itself.

Just to ensure that I've helped to rule out all that I can:

If your sv_consistency setting as shown in the developer console is set to 1, try setting it to 0, i.e. sv_consistency 0.

And if that still doesn't do the trick, if you haven't already, try temporarily disabling the weapon addons that are flagging up as conflicting, just in case they're somehow causing the issue despite otherwise working fine.

I verified the files, and deleted the mods manually, what I found out is that sounds for the Tank and Boomer don't seem to apply and I don't know what's causing the problem. Sounds such as the Pink Guy (Hunter); Smoke Weed Every Day (Smoker); Run Bitch Run (for the Horde); Old Spice Terry Crews (Charger) work perfectly fine. That is indeed a strange one. Perhaps try verifying your game cache if you haven't already; but other than that, I'd be stumped.

I always restart after addons, the only conflicting addons I have are with 3 weapons and that's it. The Pink Guy (Hunter) and Smoke Weed Everyday (Smoker) work perfectly fine. I don't know what's causing the Boomer not to work. I even tested it out with Mr. Bombastic, it also doesn't work.

ShootaBoy - I've just tested this addon and it's working fine for me. I'd suggest checking for any other addons you might have that may be conflicting with this one. Restarting the game after installing an addon can also sometimes help to resolve issues.

This needs to be updated the sound doesn't work.
