I think with this, my guide is more like unnecessary, huh?
Introduction
And with this thought I'd like to say:
Hellow and good day my dear friends of Civilisation V!
Do you want to change the ingame music with music YOU want to hear?
Then don't be scared, I can help you!
Just follow these few steps and you will have reached what you want!
I have to mention that I know this is basic stuff but there are still some people which want to change the music but don't know how.
Tutorial
  1. Go to the location where the Civ V music is saved. For example: C:/program(x86)/Steam/SteamApps/common/Sid Meier's Civilization V/Assets/Sounds/Streamed/Music.
Now you can see some folders with the names of continents and a file called "OpeningMenu_Proto_1".
  2. You go into one of the folders and you can see "Peace", "War", and "Either". In these folders are the ingame tracks.
MAKE A BACKUP OF THESE FOLDERS
  3. Save your music somewhere where you can find it fast, for example desktop or a folder on the desktop.
  4. This will take some time: You go into one of the folders, copy the name of one track, put one of your tracks in the folder and give your track the name of the track you wanted to replace.
Why it takes so much time? There are MANY tracks in these folders. It took me about 2 hours to change every track in Asia only!

Written and picture example
Sounds complicated? No worry, I will give you a example from me:
I want to replace the track "AriaOfSnow" with the track "To Hell" (Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory).
I copy the name "AriaOfSnow" and give it to "To Hell". To Hell has now the name "AriaOfSnow".
The "new" AriaOfSnow will be put in place where the "old" AriaOfSnow was.
I delete the old AriaOfSnow and TADAAAA!
When the game will start AriaOfSnow, you won't hear the normal AriaOfSnow, NO, you will hear To Hell!

Still too complicated? Don't worry, here's a picture tutorial:
Here we have both folders. On the left the ingame music (actually it's my backup :D) and on the right the music we want to put in.
You can see that I put the my track into the ingame music folder.
After changeing the name of the track I want to replace in to the one I will replace, both tracks will be next to each other.
The last step: Delete the old track and TADAAAAA! You are done :D

You can also replace the main menu music with this method.(File: OpeningMenu_Proto_1 ).
And you don't have to watch what file it is. Civ V uses .ogg but MP3 works too.
Ending
Note: It will take some time doing it with every continent. Luckily, I only had to change Asia because I'm playing very often asian cultures, like Japan or (modded!) Noire (Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory).

I hope, the guide helped you. Now, go out, run the game and listen to your music! :D

Other way: Turn civ's slound off and blast music on any music player.

Don't delete the original file- the game will need to be reverified; just skip this step and you'll have less work to do later.

Back a few week (or even months :D) I searched HOURS for such a program and I found nothing xD
Well...I think, I will just delete all this here and just leave your link here, huh? :D

Dude, there is no need for all that work. I made a program that makes it much easier and you don't have to "delete" the default music :P

@Ragnell Ragnarok : Have you changed every track and took a specific civilization, if you only have change on continent? I had to change some tracks in Asia too and I thought they will never appear :D

I've done this but, for some reason it doesn't work on multiplayer D;
