Protective Cicero Clothes

Description-
As someone who has used Cicero as a follower a lot of times and love his overall jester look I found it a real shame that he'll die within about ten seconds if you don't give him some other armor. Even if you killed him his clothes are basically useless because the don't protect you at all. That is what this mod is here to fix :)

Info-
His clothes now have the armor rating and weight of shrouded armor but keep the same enchantments they always had.
They are classed as light armor and benefit from any light armor perks you have.
They are classed as shrouded armor and so the +25 armor bonus you get from having a full set of shrouded armor will work with any combination of shrouded armor and Cicero clothes (as long as you are wearing 4 pieces).
All of the effects above have also been applied to the jester armor you find when entering the Dawnstar sanctuary.

Nothing kills him in my game he is marked essential the boy attacks dragons like a mad Jester he is my enhanced dragon boom won't kill him,

I thought Cicero went back to being essential after hail sithis?

They can't currently be tempered since they're still cloth despite being categorised as shrouded items.

you transform cicero clothes into leather armor or elf armor?i ask because the temper of leather armors give less defence than others light armor(no leather perk for 2Xtemper)
shrouded armor(leather armor) have same base defence than elf armor but elf is better with temper :/
