POLARIS SPACE INDUSTRIES PH-1A 'Aino' scout hover vessel

Cheap and easily obtainable hover vessel to get the planetary exploration started at level 3!

Has the basics but can easily be upgraded with spotights, gatling guns - or whatever you might want to add at a later stage.

Comes in open topped 'A' variant and closed cockpit 'B' variant.
