描述

Adaptation is an unofficial SOMA spinoff set in an underwater facility with an original story, characters and challenges.

The mod is smoothly playable from start to finish, but is still in development.

Please report feedbacks and bugs in the comments.

As i doubt i will ever resume development of this mod, i will publish it as it is.
I was testing a new patch which improves the very first scene and many other small details and working on new rooms, locations and story, but i never got to finish it.

Sadly while the project had some nice ideas and cool events, the story made no sense and was awkward often, along with the voice acting that had no subtitles. The lack of atmosphere and details was also present. Commendable effort and thanks for making it, but I wouldn't recommend it in its current (and most likely final) state.

@Ancient_Aussie -- I had trouble with this aswell, the movement is almost non-existant.

Keep pressing Left, then when you're at the max press Right. Keep going Left and Right until you swing close to the knife, then click one of the knobs at your feet.

The hand does not show at the very start of the game, so I can't unlock my feet ??

This was an...interesting experience. One major complaint I have is the audio balancing.

My PC volume is on 40 (with headphones), and I had my volume in-game about 10% until 0. The ambiance during the Proxy sequence was very loud and obnoxious (half the time I couldn't hear the Proxy), and the intense static used during some sequences is far worse.
