Sorry I don't play at Total War Warhammer 1 anymore, so I will not make new mod for this game at this point.

np, thanks for answer. Sorry to bother you, I kind of started here and in the end my mod is almost same as yours.
There is some reasons of this, but mainly for practical reasons.
In fact, this submods came after my support for other mods and it requires a lot of more work than the main mod. So I didn't want to have to worry about this on my other submods.
In second, I'm for the flexibility and I like to have the choise (sadly the workshop is very restrictive on this, has less than create 5000 pages you can't really separate your mods, but I do what I can for this...).
This submods was also at the beginning like a test and I was looking for feedbacks, but I decided to kept it separate because I've concluded that didn't interest everyone.
Sorry my English is bad... :p
May I ask why Towers, Special Units, Lords and Heroes extra 50% is submod? Practical reasons or did some ppl want it separated?
