Silly little fez for silly big Heavy.

Yes I know it looks a bit like the Familiar Fez. Did you know a fez is a type of hat in the real world? Please don't leave comments saying I stole the design from the Familiar Fez.

It has jigglebones, but recording videos of jigglebones always seems to cause me great difficulty. The tassle sort of sways about a bit, I might make a video eventually.
