This is one of the extra weapons from the Ready to Swim Pack created for The Gamebanana Summertime Contest: http://gamebanana.com/game/news/20306

The Piss Balloon was additional created as the original water balloon replacement for the Scout's Madmilk didn't support Team Coloring, therefor we've compiled it for the Jarate to still have the nice team coloring and bring some variation in the game!
