New Passive Icons

Description
Adds icons to know who is wearing what which provides a passive bonus.

- Nanofiber Crit reduction
- Hellweave Scorch Circuit
- Stasis Vest Regen
- Hazmat Suit Immunities
- Medikit and Nanomedikit Immunities
- Mind Shield Immunities

-= BONUS =-
Scorch Circuit damage can be customized.
My default: 2-4 Fire damage with 1 Armor Piercing.
XCOM 2 Defaults: 2-4 Electrical damage.

-= BONUS 2 =-
Hellweave Vest provides immunity to Fire.
Stasis Vest provides immunity to Frost and Stun.
Stasis Vest provides optional immunity to Electrical damage (Disabled by default, use the config file).

If there's a missing item that provides a passive bonus just write it down, i'll add it to the mod. It's really easy to change. Note that some items already have icons, Pavonis just forgot to put them for the wearables also.

For some reason the LW team decided that all perks and abilities granted are yellow. So I complied and made it like they did it, using AdditionalAbilities field and PurePassive.

Cept the Hellweave, it always did damage, i just fixed it to Fire type and changed the damage range.

Just noticed the stasis vest bonuses. Do they exist in vanilla and/or LW2, or are added by this mod? Thanks.
