Ogre Mining Hulk Mk2

Description
The Ogre Mining Hulk has been updated.

What's Changed:
The cargo bay has been completely enclosed allowing for more storage room.
The interior layout has been updated, especially in the cargo bay and engine rooms.
Added mining turrets and harvest cargo boxes.
Weapon turrets have been upgraded.
