What does this mod do?

Halves The Experience needed to level up a character.
Lv1 General => Lv2 General now only need 10 Exp(1 Win in Battle),instead of 20 Exp (2 Win in Battle)
also affect the agents.

and makes sure all the skill is maxed out.
