... and India even made an Alliance just before I declared war, after moving my fleet in secret and troops over 120 hexes and positioned their alliance troops there to stop me ?

,,, Brasil would have finished in 1950 and India in 1970, so it was just in time to destroy their 5 !!! Spaceports ... even on Prince cheating like hell :-)
