Introducing, Mistral.

A cheap, fast, lower level HV that is perfect for your survival starter needs. Armed with two miniguns and plenty of storage this should help measurably towards getting you to that first POI or shield you until you fetch enough resources for a spiffy new SV.

This is my attempt at an open-cockpit design and also let me experiment with glass.

Will glide when launching off of mountain tops, and the view from inside the cockpit as you zoom through forests is awesome.

Notice the cool tail pipes? Those are a taste of some of the sweet new blocks coming in 4.4. :)

Edit: 11/22/2016 - I added another RCS unit upping the agility of the vessel, but not appreciably adding to the costs or other metrics. I think I will resist adding another image of the cost requirements as it is only a titch more.
