Description
Melee weapon for scout. Whenever a soldier/demoman shot pipe/rocket on a scout. he can use this weapon to reverse it!
for example:
Soldier shot > Scout melee damage the rocket > Rocket reversed!!!
Works the same as pyro's reflect...
