Description
Adds Daten City as a Civilization with Brief as the leader.

UA: REPENT MOTHERF**KER: Gain 20 Culture from killing units. Golden Ages last 50% longer.

UU1: Panty Clone: Replaces the Infantry. These clones can move faster than the Infantry and can ignore terrain costs.

UU2: Stocking Clone: Replaces the Swordsman: These clones, like the Panty Clones, can move faster than Swordsman and can ignore terrain costs. They also do not require Iron.
