Moral Choice V2

Description
Read first!

Ladies and gentlemen, I give to you the first and only portal two map with a built in morality system. Three little tests designed to test your moral fiber. In the first, you stumble upon a classroom full of helpless mentally challenged turrets. In the next test, it would appear as though some parellel universe moron has put the panel at the wrong angle. And look there is a portable surface on the other side. Do you attempt the puzzle or take the lazy way out and "cheat?" The third test is actually pretty easy. Unless you should happen to want to turn back to save your faithful companion cube and return him to his rightful place. In which case, lasers are annoying. Then pop on down the scary hole to see what this map thinks of you.
Hint #1: As in life, being as ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is always easier.
Hint #2: The lasers on the walls aren't important to the tests. They help run the morality system. Kept them visible in case anyone was curious.
edit: Made cube rescue slightly harder and hopefully fixed an error

Me - Chamber 1: Aww cute turrets! [Walks away.] Chamber 2: This is easy! [Whistles as he passes it the right way after only a momentary pause] Chamber 3: [Gets thrown into neurotoxin for no reason and with no warning]... [Stunned silence...]

Me: ALL RIGHT DAS IT! NO MOAR MISTER NICE GUY! BURN TURRETS, BURN! [finishes as "cheater"]

I think the second room is the most successful as an actual puzzle. This particular method of getting the cube back on the button felt like I hadn't seen it before.

I had a couple of issues with the third room; firstly I'm a bit down on the idea of a faith plate which launches you into the water with no warning! Maybe if it aimed you at the ceiling you'd see the target and realise it was certain death. I also encountered a bit of trial and error in actually landing on the area with the cube; if it was me I'd reposition the fizzler slightly but that's a personal choice. Finally, it's possible to bypass most of the laser fields entirely by not stepping on the third faith plate.

On a more constructive note; maybe the text in the end rooms should be on the opposite walls? That way you'd be travelling left to right as you read which feels more natural.

I feel confused. I just finished this test without doing anything that felt like solving, apart from the room with the blue gel, in which I didn't see a way out besides solving. i think I should try again...

So the laser fields are only there to challenge those who want to go back for the cube, while they are completely avoidable when trying to get the cube in the first place.

So I tortured a regular cube with blue gel in order to press a button and enslaved a companion cube to press a button for eternity, and I am a good person. That's cool.
For the companion cube test I took it to the button by using the faith plate in front of it. Was that intentional? You could get the "okay" ending without using any portals at all.
