描述
How many of you have ever thought: "hey, I want an HV that is not only impractically large, but also bristling with turrets and impossible to move off of a planet"? If you're like me, you've probably never thought this. But fear not!

For the terminally unhinged, on anyone who simply wants to spend a few hundred tons of resources on a random project, I present the SlamTek Mammoth. (Yes. This thing is an HV.)

Currently I think it might be the largest land-going HV ever posted to the Workshop. However, I am more than happy to be proven wrong! If there is a larger HV than this, then I am very interested in seeing it :)


** Update: The Mammoth has been upgraded for patch 4.0.0, and it now includes additional RCS as well as the T2 Hover Engines and a slight increase to forward thrust, all of which now allows it to climb hills and potentially smaller mountains.

@denbor3 Yeah at this point I expect someone to have made a large HV. For it's time, though, this thing was ridiculous :)

Well without knowing its exact size specs I think the AEGIS Homewrecker hover is potentialy bigger than this thing.

Hm just gave it a shot on a creative game, seemed to work alright... I hit the Update button the the BP just in case something was missing. Give it another shot and let me know if it works now.
Also what version are you running? Maybe I'm a version behind somehow (Alpha 5.3.2 0864)

Hey,i have spawned this 3 times now and it appears to not have a single hover engine.Won't move at all.I god moded thru it and don't see any hover engines

And yeah, given it's all hardened steel, it is kind of fortess like, but it's very much mining focused as any combat focused build I do would have double layer hulls + a bit smaller. Just wish we weren't so limited in turret numbers so I could get better coverage. But the current outlay should eat drones for breakfast.
