Troubleshooting
==========================================================================

In case of graphical corruption, try to uncheck 'Use GPU texture decode' in the video options of the game.

If the mod is not downloaded automatically even after unsubscribing/restarting the game, here's detailled instructions to reset the download and try again.

- first, check your game files integrity, instruction to do so are on Steam Support

- second try to 'reset' the download:

1/ unsubscribe to the mod
2/ close steam (not just the windows, the compete program, in doubt restart your computer)
3/ delete all the content of the civ5 cache folder (\My Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\cache)
4/ go into your civ5 mods folder (\My Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS) and delete any file or folder named like this mod.
5/ launch steam then civ5 and subscribe again from ingame.

Nice-looking maps. Definitely got graphical corruption on several, as the mod description predicted. The mod seems to disable animated leader portraits regardless of your setting and they don't restore even after you turn the mod off. I tried a game as Polynesia on Large Earth, but Hawaii was huge, California was too close, and Japan and the western US were separated by only 4 tiles at the narrowest point (meanwhile the Sea of Japan was wider than the Pacific Ocean). On the Huge Earth map as Polynesia everything looked more realistic but there wasn't a single luxury anywhere in the South Pacific besides pearls and the one whale near Hawaii. New Zealand had no luxuries at all - I had to go to Australia to find something new. Large Earth is gameplay-focused whereas Huge Earth is more interested in realism. "Standard Earth" only supports a limited number of civs - I was unable to play as The Zulus, ostensibly because they had no TSL coded into the map.

Seems like this crashes when you click "Start game", and even if it didn't, it would still disable every single other mod you have. Shame.

I cant find the maps on the list? I dont have the custom game option. The mod is ticked and downloaded. Is it because I am playing on a mac?

Where are all the resources?

I have some modded leaders, and they work perfectly with a DLC set up game. But out of the 22 civs, only 4 of them work with YnAEMP giant earth pack. Is there a way I can fix this issue? It's not the leaders, I know they work, but not with the map pack.

@Gedemon, does the mod (giant earth map) still crash in late stages of gameplay? Thanks.

How exactly do you load back a hot-seat save? I only found people asking this question, but no answers. Multiplayer doesn't support mods and there is no option to load hot seat games in custom mode, and when I try to load the save normally (by moving it from hot seat to single player folder), the load button is greyed out. If I try to load it in multiplayer, it crashes.
