That's an normal oversized HV. It is not optimized for survival games, it is an HV for enthusiasts.

Heya very nice vessel, but, if i told you, that not only is it possible to have it ride with a block layer underwater and move around as though it were a real boat without a hint of sinking, but it would also do land as well, just with less ground clearance. Would you be interested in learning more ?

This build is not realy up to date(currently). But yes it can cruise on land.
Depending on gravity also on mountains. But is not a good off road HV.
