That's a vanilla bug I can do nothing about (as far as I know). It's just more obvious with my lighting mod(s).

It does, but it's extremely subtle when using the lighting overhaul. It's best for the remaining lights that don't cast shadows, but it works.

It's not, but shouldn't affect your FPS.
