A legendary one-handed pistol that can shred targets at close range... For best results, put one in each hand and combine with the Tracer Blink mod ;)

These items are added to the unique weapon drop table, so these can be found anywhere other legendary weapon drops can be found. Or, if you're feeling lazy, you can craft one at a Replicator (Tier 3 anvil) with endgame crafting materials.
