Please do not put my mod in private collection

add to two hats base a poptop and fishcrow ( http://fishcrow.tumblr.com ).please note this my first time uplode a mod here.right now you can only spawn them by with /admin the type in "/spawnitem Poptophat" or "/spawnitem fishcrowhead" and i WILL NOT make the fishcrow hat smaller it meant to be big.

I wont lie, I would LOVE to see a playable Poptop race. I know it is beyond your skill as of now, but maybe some of us can help with that. You got the skills for the headpiece, so the head/hair should be easy for you. as far as the player race itself, I dont see it being TOO difficult, since there are plenty of templates out there that can help.
