Great mod!
I’d suggest adding Horn Hill as a militaristic CS. "House Tarly, who still gives the Reach the best soldiers it has. If Aegon had named them as his lords, the Reach would've become the greatest military camp in the world... until it starved to death. The price for conscripting all the farmers."

This seems very late , but Veas Dothrak is spelled Vaes Dothrak.

If you add any more city-states Barrowton could be useful as a Militaristic (AGOT mentions them as having "Barrow-knights",) or Cultured (AWOIAF mentoned an archaeological excavation of one of the barrows & Archaeological excavations help in Culture victory) city-state.

This seems like a good list, I can see why you picked each city-state to be in the category it's in (there are a few that I would consider tough decisions because you had to shoehorn them into one thing even if canonically they have more than one thing going for them, but that's a limitation of the game not yourself).
