Ragestrike Remastered

Description
Changes the Ragestrike ability and the RAGE Suit to make it more customizable and more Berserker-like.

Implemented:
- Wearing a RAGE Suit grants you immunity against panic, just like a Mind Shield would.
- Charges removed

Moddable:
- Action Point Cost
- Free Cost?
- Melee strike ends the turn?
- Even better, make the ability end the turn for everyone, except Rangers! Give them an incentive to wear one! Double combo FIST+SWORD.
- Cooldown time
- Ragestrike can now be made to not auto-hit 100%
- Ragestrike configurable Aim bonus
- Ragestrike now supports Crit/Crit Chance built-in

The disorient/stun effect looks already pretty good so it's not customizable. It's based on X2Effect_Impaired.

-= DAMAGE =-

Already implemented in the DLC2 INI file. <- USE NOTEPAD++ to edit the file! Important!

For example, this is what I use (6-9 dmg, Crit for up to 12, Rupture 1):

RAGESUIT_RAGESTRIKE_BASEDAMAGE=(Damage=7, Spread=1, PlusOne=33, Crit=3, Pierce=0, Shred=0, Rupture=1, Tag="", DamageType="Melee")

-= KNOWN ISSUES =-

Rage Strike does not have a MISS animation. It still works.

-= CONFIG =-

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\703939543\Config\XComRagestrikeConfig.ini

-= DEFAULTS =-

The mod is loaded with all game defaults, except for charges. To hell with charges.

-= COMPATIBILITY =-

No overrides.

-= LW2 COMPATIBILITY =-

Yeppers.

Use the DLC2 Abilities mod instead. This mod is NOT marked as wotc compatible.

Again, not WOTC compatible, installed it without noticing it was broken, together with about 100 mods on a modding spree, took me forever to trace it back to this one. Rmember, few mods at a time kids.

In my case it broke the TLP attitude animations in the armory.

This mod is not WOTC Compatible, and I mean it's really incompatible. Download the DLC2 Mod he made. Works fine.

Just putting it here for anyone who wanders by this mod.

this wotc compatible? or is there a line of code we can input to make it so?

You have to regularly trash the doc files. This is unfortunate but required when you install mods and then reload the game.

After simply deleting the ini files completely and re-installing the few mods I had. Everything seems to work fine, not sure what happened but I don't think it was this mods fault. Just XCOM itself acting strangely. Carry on and thank you for your time, I deleted my previous comments to prevent confusion. :)

I'm subscribed to this since day 1 and I've never encountered any problems like described. I suggest cleaning your \Documents\my games\XCOM2\XComGame\Config folder and letting XCOM repopulate it. You can also sub/unsub and try the default settings for a test Tactical (load your save and check), the changes are immediate.
