This very large SV is basically a bird of decadent opulence. Constructed with 99% hardened steel, it's a massive power hog, and needs so many RCSs I lost count how many along the way.

In the spirit of decadence and plenty, I packed it with the needed goods and got it to handle fairly decent. Amenities include: Small Constructor; O2; Friges; and enough storage space for the busy executive.

With twin rockets and railguns, it can hold it's own in a scrap, and bolstered by all that hardened steel makes it strong in absorbing incoming fire. Although, owners of the Noir Cruiser are generally loathe to bring it into battle, preferring to utilize more agile, battle oriented ships for that purpose... for who would want to scratch up such an extravagant cruising ship? Indeed, those wealthy enough to own it - executives and big-shots who've become well established on thier worlds possessing stockpiles of so much ore and materials that they don't know what to do with it all - think nothing of spending on such extravagence... but to see it reviled with battle scars, or end up in a flaming wreck, would be just too horrible to consider.

So, if you're a new start-up, and yet quake in your boots when a little rocket drone comes your way, it may be a while before you gain experience and prosperity enough to enjoy the luxury that is the Noir Cruiser.
