So what is with the racist title? You hate certain races? Are people of every race allowd to subscribe or what is going on here.

The bonus is based on production you collected toward the wonder in all cities. If you collected 288/300 production, then 144 will be added towards building, and 144 will be added to next wonder you start constructing (updating on playerdoturn I assume). City doesn't have to be actively constructing a wonder, you can produce wonder for several turns and then change it.

No I assume Kanmu just has Korean clothes or the little room he's in is Korean or something like that. But it's all Japan.

And a question about Ashikaga. I would guess you would get some production refunded if you were beaten to a wonder, but does it work passively as well? Can you not actively be constructing a wonder? Will you get production if you completely ignore a wonder an AI builds?

So is this Korean mod while claiming to be Jap? I am confused

Well, Kanmu's mom is a daughter of Bakje king, named Muryeong king. This is confirmed by the current Japanese Emperor, Akihito.

I like how their 3rd screen shot is actually that of a Korean king. Good job.
