There's only one English mention of '161 around. But I never heard of any actual design work on the 1R.

I was merely kidding. Unless BD Armoury allows you to cram something like 36 missiles in there.

It was a planned fighter version of the Blackjack. Similar to the B-1R Regional Lancer.
