Description
Williams Down Town Brew Pub by Populous

Oh yes, you have seen this building as sweat shops littering your city, but after a great deal of pressure from town council, the Williams family gave in and closed the sweat shops once and for all.

Luke Williams has purchased the buildings and remodeled them into high end, state of the art Brew Pubs drawing customers from across the state to taste the special draft named after your cities great mayor and the now famous Luke Draft.

- 4x4 Commercial Leisure that looks great at night.
- Cim Markers are set so staff will take breaks out back and customers will park their cars and sit at the outside benches under the soft glow of evening lights.

Just in case you have a notion to see what the Williams Family is doing to cleanup and enhance your city…..

SkiRich I believe you can use Ploppable RICO (or something) to place/replace assets manually

Hello SkiRich, there is no actuall setting for Frequency so the trick is to subscribe to more of this type of asset to balance out the placement. The game placing of these buildings is random. If you can fix it yourself, please let us all know how you do it? Cool?

Frequency of asset is set too high. Literally I zoned a block of Tourism and the whole block was 10 Williams buildings.. Had to unsub. Please fix. I guess I could download it and fix it myself into a custom private asset as well.

interesting idea I will take to heart...

I'll do some more experimentation, but it was every business that spawned that asset. You should do some tourism district commercial. It's sorely lacking.

Thunder Horse, I double checked the statistics and they are fine so I tested. I have checked this asset on three computers and six games and do not see this issue, however my cities are test games and so high population and I invest in education highly. A total of 32 buildings started hiring staff on the go and continued until to capacity... To test your game go ahead and try dezoning some of the commercial and business property... I suspect the staff will start working here. Thank you for liking the building and I do intend to make more.

Too bad cause it looks nice. We need more commercial leisure
