Experimental Item Unlock

Description
This mod unlocks items that are created in the proving grounds via experimental projects.
They cost an elerium core and a small amount of supplies, both of which can be adjusted in the config file, located in XComUnlockableCosts. This can be found in XCOM 2\XComGame\Mods\ExperimentalItemUnlock\Config.

This mod does not automatically unlock items, they must still be built via experimental projects first before they are unlocked for construction in engineering.

Due to the way i unlock items, sometimes they may disappear between sessions. If this ever happens, you just need to open and close the engineering build items menu, and they should all repear.
Note that if you lose experimental items down to zero, the next time you load that session they will no longer be buildable, unfortunately im not sure how to fix this, so im leaving it as a quirk of this mod.

I REALLY believe that i have fixed the latest issue that was caused by the xcom 2 patch on 10/03/2016. Leave comments if there are still some problems. Hopefully there should be no crashes when items are upgraded.

Oh.. weird. I alt+tabbed out of the game to write that, and then when I tabbed back over to the game they'd vanished from the list. The game must have heard me lmao

***BUG*** Playing WotC

Just started a brand new game, and it seems that the venom and tracer rounds, as well as the gas grenade that I had access to in my other game, are already there for me to make. If I understand the description correctly, they shouldn't appear in this save until I unlock them in the proving grounds, right?

Side note - I never even researched the venom rounds or gas grenade in my other game, I just picked them up as loot.

Hi @Chickenboy, is there a way to add the ammo from cut content ammo to work with this mod?

Anyways, here also to report something if you are also using [WoTC] Tier III grenades mod:

This mod will not pick up Tier III grenades and will only let you build "bomb" level grenades rather than "warhead" level grenades. Also, because of the problem when many items will only show up for build when you return to the build item screen the 2nd time and later, these grenades will not show up for you to choose eventually until you reload the save file.

Would be great if there is one mod integrating these 2 mods and perhaps other mods that don't conflict but also don't fully support each other.

this does seem to work with wotc, at least the stuff ive gotten so far from the experimentals has unlocked in the engineering bay
