Quiet Bradford

Description
*** WotC note ***

This is the only one of my mods that I am likely not going to be updating for WotC if it is indeed broken by the expansion. I won't be able to confirm for sure until after it releases, but I have heard that the Bradford notifications will be .ini configurable, rendering this mod obsolete. This mod is very old and is already surpassed by several other mods that do the same thing and more, so if there is still some need for something like this you might have better luck with one of the more modern iterations of this.

I'll definitely be leaving this mod up regardless, so people who don't have WotC can continue to use it.

*** WotC note ***

Removes the Bradford VO narratives for civilian deaths during retaliation missions.

This mod is compatible with existing campaigns.

Like all other mods, if you uninstall it after using it in a campaign the game will by default refuse to load saves that had used it previously. This can be worked around with the "Ignore Missing Content DLC" mod. This mod makes no permanent changes to your save and should be completely safe to uninstall as long as the above mod is used.

Update 2016-02-12:

Added .ini configuration of additional clips to remove, courtesy of BlueRaja. By default only the same VO for the first three civilian deaths are disabled, but the included config file contains several other options you can disable. The features of this mod have also been rolled into the "Stop Wasting My Time" mod. If you use that mod, this one is no longer required. This mod will remain for those that don't want to use SWMT and for those that already have it enabled in their campaigns to avoid save breakage.

The configuration file can be found in your steamapps\workshop\content\268500\621358553\Config folder. Open up XComQuietBradford.ini in a text editor and add or remove the ";" character in front of lines to enable or disable the VO for that event. Additional VO strings can be found in the DefaultNarratives.ini file in your XCom2 config folder. Only tactical mission VO can be removed at this time.
