Alright, I think your work is great. Just trying to get the most out of it. :ediblemushroom: :chirp: After making so many assets I'm realized some things. Color Variations are great, I like to use them for pretty much any project to add variety to the game. I'm starting to be a believer in not using trees on assets anymore. With things like Prop anarchy we can place trees directly on top of assets now. I like to let people choose how to customize their areas instead of forcing a certain look every time they want to place down a park for example with pre-determined trees. Only use props when really necessary and Don't over do it with the lighting. I see lots of people add pointless flood lights to their assets and ruin them with over exposed lit up buildings. Just my 2 cents.

@Shroomblaze I fully understand what you are trying to say to me. I will see what I can do. I have so many projects under development and some of them will look great with color variations.

oh ok, well its just some color, you can set the color back to the original once in game. All you have to do is de-saturate the main color and brighten it up and bit to be whiter and then add the color variation so that it's the same as it was before for at least one of the color variations. That way when I load the textures into the game I can maximize the ram usage and get more colored buildings and variety in a city. I understand that the building is based on a real thing but you can also add some extras that allow people to get he most use out of their system. For example with this Hyatt Hotel, the original color is that tan color but I've added some extras for people to choose what they really like. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=626925428

@Shroomblaze I really can't imagine this building in other color than yellow. Color variations are good for growable or some unique buildings. But this is a real building from Prague with photorealistic textures. Currently I'm working on two hockey (or multipurpose) arenas and I'm not planning to use color variations too. They are real buildings from Bratislava and New Jersey so I'm also using original colors (textures).

Very nice job. In the future can you make your unique buildings have color variations and possibly even update this one to have them as well? I like to get the most out of my assets and gpu. Having color variations combined with BloodyPenguins No So Unique building mod allows me to place more than one and having various colors makes it more worth while over all. Thanks :chirp:
