I'd advise to make a patch yourself. Add Decodence, Decodence RMG, CtS, This and that Tower of Magi mod to required mods(In the Package Manager, tick them under Packages.).
Go in the Mod Editor.
Open up AoW_LevelGenerator.rpk
In Shared - Exploration Sites:
- Add Tower of the Magi to the group pass. Most likely, it's down there already. It's the logical place, but the mod author could have put it elsewhere in this rpk. You're looking for the individual Pass - Placement Generator (Object). That's the one to add.
That should work to have it pop up.
You can open up his mod first to look at his weights if you want to copy them preciesely.
If he added them to other places, you may need to re-add all of those as well. Most important here are the city rings and dummy cluster objects though, and these contain no high-level sites in vanilla, so I'd be a bit surprised.
There is a mod by Shocky that adds the "Tower of Magi" exploration site (it's a pristine version of the Wizard Tower Ruins, and inside is a slightly different lineup of units, defensive bonus, and a city development building if in domain), and it also won't be placed on the RMG with Decodence enabled.
Is there a way to patch that as well, or possibly Charlatan could include it in the main mod? Shocky has given persmission. If it's too much of a hassle time-wise, I totally understand, just thought I'd ask the pro. Shame not to include all the great mods that have been made so far.
