Firstly, it should have feathers going halfway up the snout. Then, it needs to have feathers going down its neck, stomach, and lower tail. The arm also needs to have a full wing, concealing the fingers. The tail fan is too small. Also, it's a bit underfeathered, as in it needs to be much thicker.
