Randomize Age Cims Move in

Description
Compatible with patch 1.4.0-f3 (SnowFall).
This increases the randomization of incoming cims' initial ages. This may reduce death waves.

If you want to check that their initial ages have changed, you can use the other mod such as Favorite Cims and CitizenTracker.

Lifecycle Rebalance Revisited Replaces this @uniqueostrich18

This doesn't seem to completely fix death waves. I had a fairly large population boom a while ago in my city and 10 or so years later the population suddenly drops by ~30k for no apparent reason. The extra deaths didn't even show up on the death rate graph.

going to try this as i believe the more popular "citizen lifecycle rebalance" mod makes way too many changes when all i really want is random ages moving in, fingers crossed all the comments are right and it still works

I thought before it didn't work anymore, so I removed it from an existing map and grew too quickly resulting in deathwaves, but after installing this mod again (and playing for a like 24h+ irl) I stopped seeing those, and now my population is growing steadily again (so basically eliminating the deathwaves.. That does not happen without this mod.

So I think it works perfectly fine (with current update and all DLC like Mass Transit, Park life, university, etc.).[/b]

Also, the code is on Github [github.com], so if above is just a coincidence, and the mod doesn't work, maybe someone can update it...

I wish this mod was updated for us to use again.
Some of the other mods that are available to us (because this one is outdated), unfortunately have multiple functions attached to them (some that we feel are unnecessary or unwanted), and so having this mod that just randomizes the age of Cims that are moving-in, was great in basically eliminating the super death waves seen in game.

It's hard to tell if it's still working, since the mod was last updated over two years ago. :steamsad: So without knowing the original author - we all loved this little helpful mod. All currently subscribed 7k players MIGHT want to know that there is another, fully working mod available thats called "Citizen Lifecycle Rebalance v2.2" - please use this. @Akira: Sorry man if this angers you, that i posted it here, but we all just want no death waves =) Have a good one
