Each class has unique advantages and disadvantages, and they all have to work together to accomplish the mission. For example: If everyone (or mostly everyone, as mentioned above) flanks to the far sides to try and get kills, there's no central force to repel the enemy's direct attack! The opposing team can essentially waltz right in under a smoke cover and obliterate what few defenders you have on the point, effectively breaking your defense in half.
A decent guide for those totally new to the game, but overall lacking legitimate foundational team strategy.
