Infinite Buzzing 'Fix'

Description
NOTICE: As of 08/02/15, this fix is incompatible with the M4-78 Enhancement Project.

Many have heard it, and about as many have complained about it. You're T3-M4, rolling around the damaged Ebon Hawk, and there's an annoying sound of damaged electronics coming from some of the panels. Makes sense, since the Hawk at this time is little more than smoldering scrap. But then you roll on through and notice something odd...

The buzzing is following you...

Sure, you can reload or head outside and it will stop temporarily, but any time you hear it, it may follow you again. And it's not confined to the prologue. Turns out there are spots in some areas scattered through the game that have this sound... and are prone to this same bug.

Installing this mod "fixes" this bug. This mod replaces two files, "amb_elecwire_A" and "amb_elecwire_B", both of which produce ambient electronic "hums" and are prone to locking, with silent sound files. This technically replaces the infinite humming with infinite silence, rendering the bug completely unnoticeable! This renders any use of this sound silent, but, and lets be honest, the sound was annoying when it was used "right" in the first place.

Does this still not work with M4-78EP?

I'm also getting a clicking replacing the buzzing, though I find it much more bearable and don't consider it a problem. If it matters, I'm also using the restored content mod, Widescreen UI, and Fixed Lightsaber Colors (#2).

Restored content, a bunch of texture mods and lightsabers on Peragus (I tried this mod before that one was activated though) but nothing that would mess with that I would think? Although I'm no expert

What other mods are you using?

Didn't work for me; it replaced the noise with the clicking sound on the menus and things when you scroll to a new option (if that makes any sense) which is actually more annoying haha

@Waffle Lord
You didn't read the mod descriptions, I see. Do NOT install both versions of the workbench mod.
