I'd remove the gold bonus from motte & bailey, being able to replace pastures with mini-citadels while keeping food and production bonuses is already very strong.
I would also remove the cover II from the chevaliers. They are so strong, even longswordmen are useless. Even trebuchets are not that useful anymore because of their slowness, unless your oponent has really good defenses... and bots won't if you rush chivalry, which you should.
