Imperator's confederation mod - DeI compatible

This version is compatible with DeI (and some other mods). It allows all factions to confederate with any other faction. I made this because I wanted to allow you to "annex" other factions and I hope that anybody can help me with that. This modification is just a very simple way, but I hope you'll try this out. It could still have some issues and unwanted effects. (Working with the latest version)

NOTE: With this mod you aren't able to build some buildings. Please follow this tutorial:

1. Save the game after you have confederated with the desired faction.
2. Then exit the game, (turn off steam, re-start steam) and turn off the mod.
3. Launch the game, re-enter the campaign and load the latest save.
