Elder Scrolls - Tamriel

Build your very own Imperial City on the Heart of Cyrodiil, the stage of ES Oblivion. Expand into the northern Skyrim or into Morrowind. All of Tamriel is waiting for your exploits. No Dragon will hinder you but be aware, the Nord are no easy citizen.

The maps 9 standard tiles are well set on the main contiment and one island. Connections are available via road, rail, water and air. Build your industry with the natural ressources.
Lake Rumare now offers a proper spring for the river.

i havnt had any problems with this map, start having water issuse at 3 pumps in the starting river but i expanded the the west to pick up from the other river. This map is hard but rewarding.

Just to address the population frozen issue. I have lots of mods and what works for me is to save the map, exit to the main menu then reload the map. I've had to do this with around a half dozen maps. It has worked every time and I've never had to deactivate any mods.
I'm going to try this map. Looks great!

@spore the map loads properly, yes. However the population counter just wont budge.

I did finally find a solution for the problem, I literally had to disable EVERYTHING else to get the map working properly.

It seems to clash with mods, assets and even saved games.
