There are 33 weapons in HM2, as says achievement description, but i counted more. For achievement not everyone is needed.
Here are some tips:
1. In order to count a weapon towards the achievement you DO NOT HAVE TO to complete the level, but you HAVE TO to hit someone with it (bosses don't count apparently).
2. Killing foes, who sit stunned against the wall DOES NOT count towards weapon kill!
3. MP5 kill counts only in hands of Mark the Bear, but not in Son's hands.
4. Broken glass bottle does not counts towards achievement, only hit with glass bottle.
5. Apparently, there's a bug when already counted weapon can randomly revert back! Probably, that's the reason why people say that they killed with every weapon few times but still no achievement.

If there any mistakes, please correct me.

В игре 33 оружия, по крайней мере так говорит описание достижения, но я насчитал больше. Для достижения нужны не все.
Вот несколько замечаний:
1. Для того, чтобы оружие зачлось для достижения, уровень заканчивать НЕ ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО, но НУЖНО убить кого-то этим оружием (боссы не считаются, по-видимому).
2. Убийство врагов, которые сидят оглушённые у стены, не считаются для достижения!
3. Убийство из MP5 считается только у Марка Медведя, но не у Сына.
4. Разбитая бутылка не считается для достижения, только удар целой бутылкой.
5. По-видимому, присутствует баг, из-за которого уже зачтённое оружие может случайным образом вернуться обратно, как будто из него не убивали! Вероятно, это и является причиной того, что люди убивают всем оружием по несколько раз, а достижение не выдаётся.

How to know what weapon is a miss / Как узнать какое оружие пропустил

Firstly, you will need a text editor that can display special characters, e.g. Notepad++ [notepad-plus-plus.org].
Next, you have to open game save file with this editor, save file is located in C:/Users/%Username%/Documents/MyGames/HotlineMiami2/savedata.vfs for Windows 7/8/10.

Во-первых, вам понадобится текстовый редактор, способный отображать специальные символы, например Notepad++ [notepad-plus-plus.org].
Затем, вам нужно открыть файл сохранения игры этим редактором, файл находится по пути C:/Пользователи/%Имя_пользователя%/Документы/MyGames/HotlineMiami2/savedata.vfs для Windows 7/8/10.

Then you need to locate next string in file: "achievements/achievement14B" after which you can see 33 ones or zeroes. It should look like this:

Ok, these 33 of 1 or 0 are showig whether or not you have used one or another weapon. If there is 0 then you have not used a weapon yet. I've made a research and here is the list of what line number stands for what weapon:

Достижение Genocide - это achievement17 в файле сохранения.

В первую очередь стоит сделать бэкап сейв файла. Затем открыть файл через Notepad++ и найти в нём "achievements/achievement17", для меня это на строке 82. Дальше будет несколько непечатаемых спецсимволов (ENQ, NUL, NUL, NUL) и после них число - это и есть текущее количество убийств. Это количество можно изменить на что-то вроде 49999, сохранить файл, и потом запустить игру и добить оставшиеся фраги в игре - и достижение должно открыться.

Alright, so it didn't increment to the final one with an acid kill, until I executed an enemy first and then kill an enemy regularly with the acid.
Also the line count is off by one for me compared to the guide, but seems the order is the same.
Finally it's done

For anyone else having problems with this, I had used all weapons and double checked all the oddballs, then I checked the save file list and saw I missed skateboard and acid and used them a couple of times
I tried executing an enemy with the skateboard and the counter incremented. Apparently you need to execute enemies too. Gonna check if acid execution is the one missing now.
