What means Size 1x3 ?
First number means WIDTH
Second number means HEIGHT

1 WIDTH x 3 HEIGHT
You can place house 1x3 with 3 different views..
Example:
1x1 - You will see only House and stuff on him (sometimes behind very close)
1x2 - You can see House and 1 tile (in front or behind)
1x3 - You can see House and all placed stuff.
