is a tool you run to convert the game to a mod, my mod team in 2013 created this, with Kju.
kju done away with this conversion process in late 2015 because it worked half the time.
If the conversion process did work, and you ran IFA3 as suggested above, yes you would get high resolution textures ect,. but it probably would not work with current IFA3 lite as IFA3 lite uses new classnames, has more content now, new maps, and Invasion 1944 in it too.
This is not supported anymore, use IFA3 Lite.
