It does what the title says. It makes it so you can use any faction in custom battles.

@Ecthelion75 change the battle type to something else then back to what you want to play.

Hey is it somehow possible to unlock the civil war factions in custom battle? If it is please update the mod that they are playable too

@Erik Satie It Shouldn't. It just appears that way because I squeesed every faction I could into this.

It seems the amount of factions may cause the drop down menu to be cut off, but I am unsure if this is the case.
