Description
--Mod component; only effective in combination with other mods--

Animated pony units for use in pony mods. When this mod is active, custom civs that have _PONY as their <ArtStyleSuffix> tag will get its custom units. (Or _LING for Changeling units.)That currently includes the Workshop versions of the Equestria and NLR mods, and some other modders are planning to update their own.
(Notes to modders: Changing the ArtStyleSuffix will not harm the experience for people not using this mod. Do not change ArtStylePrefix; that one will only create trouble. To make sure it gets loaded first, add this mod under References. The Mod ID is 33fef2ba-8356-4b61-9ad0-59b58f216283.)

Units converted from Civ4 units by Clanky4, based in turn on other Civ4 units by Refar, The_Coyote, Rabbit, White, WarKirby and Chugginater. Pony models inspired by (and in some cases made to resemble specific characters from) My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. MlP:FiM and related characters tm and (c) Hasbro., obviously.

notes:
*Currently gives pony versions for all base units except vehicles, and Changeling versions for 20. More Changeling units will follow.
*Doesn't change icons. Use the Ponification mod for that. (Does combine with the Ponification mod properly.) Putting the unit icons in this one as well would cost too much filesize and work for too little gain imo.
*For technical reasons, this mod removes the era variation in Great People and Workers. It's not to be helped.
*Known issues: musket, cannon and machine gun lack some smoke and fire effects; matching Civ5 effects to Civ4 animations doesn't always work out. Some great person animations repeat; originals weren't quite long enough for Civ5.
